Raven recording function not working in OSX 10.8.5 Mountain Lion

The Raven/Batch Command recording function will not work on OSX 10.8.5 Mountain Lion unless a new library is added to the Raven software. To add this library by hand follow the instructions and download the library attached to this tread. If this is to complicated please contact Slate Support to setup a support session.

1. Install Raven or Batch Commander as usual

2. Once it is installed, go into the package contents of the app but right clicking the application, then navigate to:

Contents/Resources/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/lib

3. Replace the python2.7 folder in that directory with the one in this folder
