RAVEN Touch Screen UPDD Driver not working on macOS Ventura/Sonoma

There are few apple bugs with System Extensions and permissions with the latest macOS Ventura and Sonoma updates.  

If you users are not seeing UPDD Commander or UPDD Console opened in the in menu bar this means something is wrong with the Login Items. 

To force apple to rescan and allow the driver, turn the switch OFF/ON for Touch-Base LTD in the System Preferences / General / Login Items

Also, be sure UPDD is allowed in System Preferences / Security & Privacy 

Finally be sure UPDD, UPDD Commander , and UPDD Daemon are allowed in System Preferences / Security & Privacy / Accessibility tab.
