If users are experience "Ghost Touches" or random clicks on the display this is most likely do to the USB bus being unpowered and causing touches when cutting in and out.
This can easily be remedied by connecting the USB directly to the computer or into a Thunderbolt dock or power USB hub.
The RAVEN Touch Panel is powered completely by the USB bus so having enough power for the USB is very important.
The RAVEN display is powered by the provided power supply and will not affect the touch response of the RAVEN. Touch will still pass through the display even if the display is turned off.
