Windows 10 USB Conflict with E-Licenser and Raven MTi2

If using the old "Blue" E-Licenser from Steinberg and the Raven MTi2, there maybe a USB conflict between the USB drivers that will not allow Steinberg Apps to open while the Raven touch driver is installed.

We recommend using the latest "Purple" or "Red" E-Licenser as this has a newer firmware that doesn't conflict with other USB drivers.
