If users are noticing that meters are not showing any data in the RAVEN Classic Console or the RAVEN Floating Mixer this most likely means EUCON is enabled somewhere on the Pro Tools system for another control surface, so Pro Tools is sending the meter data to this device instead of the RAVEN HUI Midi Peripherals.
To fix this disable EUCON in Peripherals tab.
Otherwise users can access the RAVEN Internal Mixer for Multi-Touch Faders and Metering info, otherwise if users want to run two different control surfaces at once the meters will just no show in the RAVEN Classic Console.
